The Apprentice training restaurant is licensed and is open to the public for lunch and dinner on weekdays, during term time.

Offering views of the city and Centre Point Tower, The Apprentice training restaurant blends a contemporary mix of design highlights to deliver a unique Sydney dining experience.

Our menu

Our menu is designed, prepared and served at five-star level by the rising stars of Sydney’s hospitality industry. Serving up their culinary creations to the public as they demonstrate the skills they have learnt in all aspects of the hospitality industry.

Our prices

Our regular price for lunch is $22 per person (12:00pm – 2:30pm), and dinner is $30 per person (6:30pm – 9:00pm) including GST.

Hospitality training with us

Our reputation for outstanding hospitality training is built on a tradition of more than 80 years.

From our original site at East Sydney in the guise of the Colonial Dining Room to our current roof-top incarnation, our award-winning restaurant and hospitality training courses have produced some of Australia's leading chefs.

Today's students continue our tradition of excellence with the fresh and fabulous dining experience known as The Apprentice restaurant.
